WORKED GREAT

I PURCHASED THIS HEATER BECAUSE I READ A REVIEW THAT RATED THIS UNIT EXCELLENT. SINCE HAVING HAD BAD RESULTS FROM 2 OTHER HEATERS FROM DIFFERENT COMPANYS I TOOK A CHANCE. THE HEATER WAS SHIPPED TO ME IN 6 DAYS WITH REGULAR SHIPPING. THE HEATER HAS WORKED FINE AND THE HUMIDIFIER HAS HELPED THE DRYNESS IN MY HOME. I DID HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE REMOTE NOT WORKING. EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY GOT BACK TO ME THE NEXT DAY AND ARE SENDING A REPLACEMENT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GETS 5 STARS ALSO. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY'S HEATER TO ANYONE.
